♥ 16may12 Campus road run!
After school at 1pm went to lunch wif mom at AMK hub!
As usual nth much to eat there so ichiban sushi again!!
2days straight ichiban sushi!!
but i like it so doesnt matter to me :)
Ordered quite little but im feeling dam full alr!
Recently eat little get full easily for me!
Next mom sends me back to sch for Campus Road run!
So meet with alvin and birdie and put our bags at Ms Shirley Tee room!:)

When the guys are back and competitive female starts!
So i run my normal speed, jsut that the upslope i tried my best to chiong up!!
Final lap to the track, i chiong and past all 4 girls infront of me :)
When i reached the checkpoint, i feel that it's worth it!:))
Drank the H2O and gotten the event shirt, tis yr shirt is nt that nice , still prefer last yr lime green shirt!
after that went back to Ms Tee office and sit outside and waited for her to be back!
Arnd 6pm den we were able to get our stuff and home sweet home!
Really dying so went to sauna and swim instead!!

Forced myself to wake up despite the aching and hit the gym, slow run cos leg nt feeling well and headed to sch!!
After talking to alvin, i realised i got tear and wear in my left knee, most probably i got it from the chionging of upslope :(
walking down is the stairs have become a chore to me and looked like an oldie while walking, sighs.

So after school went home to sauna and swim instead and read up on special event notes!
