The day before our 2XU 21km marathon!

indeed, i felt that it's sort of effective as my fats are vibrating vigorously but i don't perspire.
So where does the calories go to?
Did many of their different postures and exercising.
Actually we were slacking at home the whole afternoon watching drama, we didn't even go for a run or a walk. However we have stuff on during evening time which was to take passport photo and attending his sis NUS concert.
After which we bought this teriyaki chicken wrap from Subway as he wanted to have a try and another grilled teriyaki chicken chop at B1 for our early dinner snack since the concert is from 7-10pm!
The concert is quite ulu, located at town.
Pretty like the chinese songs.
The place is just before the walkway between MBS and esplanade, would love to take a walk however..
i don't like to force people to do thing they don't like.
so yup, i shall go back one day by myself, admiring the scenery.
that's what i love to do and have done so too.
best with a glass of white wine, perfect summer/night.
Even though we left the concert earlier at 9.30pm and headed home, i still went out by myself to have a walk at Punggol park. Although it isn't as beautiful as Esplanade, i am still glad that i went to catch the breeze, enjoying every single moment of walking & admiring the surroundings.
Yes, driving is convenient, but sometimes, we should just have a walk, take a look at what is going on.
